Ingredients
• 2 tbsps. unsalted butter
• 2 tsps. minced garlic
• 1 tsp. lemon pepper
• 2 (4 oz.) fillets salmon
• 1 lemon
Direction
• Use lemon pepper to season both sides of the fillet.
• Over medium-high heat, melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic. Cook
salmon fillet in pan. Wait until fish breaks into flakes when poked with a
fork, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Flip the fillets and continue
cooking until both sides are brown. Drizzle with lemon juice. Serve.
